Annual Reports, deadlines and late fees! Most of the Swedish company has a calendar year as its fiscal year. These companies must submit their annual reports by 31 July each year. This summer was the 2,5 percent of companies that failed to submit a complete annual report on time. They are now being hit by the late fee.
