The law governing the accounting obligations is the Accounting (BFL). According 2 Chapter. BFL är följande juridiska och fysiska personer i princip alltid bokföringsskyldiga:
– Company Limited, partnerships and cooperative societies are always required to maintain accounts
– Natural person carrying on business (sole proprietorship) are required to keep records
